摘要(Abstract):

解磷菌对于提高土壤磷的利用率、改善土壤结构和改良盐碱地等具有重要作用,该文对解磷菌的种类及分布、功能针对性解磷菌的筛选、解磷菌的遗传学、解磷作用机理及应用等方面的研究进展作了综述,讨论了解磷菌在现代农林业生产中存在的问题,并展望其开发与应用前景。
Phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms play an important role in improving the utilization rate of soil phosphorus,the soil structure and the saline-alkali soil. This paper provided an overview in the research progress of phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms,such as their species,distribution,functions targeted screening,genetics,functional mechanism and application and also discussed the problems existing in the modern agroforestry production with the outlook for the future development and application.
