西瓜枯萎病原菌鉴定及其生物学特性的研究

摘要(Abstract):

引起福州永泰西瓜枯萎病的病原菌经分离培养、形态学和致病性测定 ,鉴定为尖孢镰刀菌西瓜专化型F usarium oxysp orum f. sp.N iveum。该病原菌在培养温度 2 5± 1℃ ,p H 6 - 7条件下生长最好 ;接种于瓜类幼苗上 ,可强侵染西瓜 ,中度侵染甜瓜 ,弱侵染黄瓜。
The pathogenic fungus was isolated from the field samples of watermelon wilt disease in Yongtai. According to studies of the symptoms, morphology, biological characters and pathogenicity, the pathogen was identified as Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Niveum. The optimal growth temperature of F. oxysporum was 25±1℃, optimal pH was 6-7. When inoculated with F. oxysporum, seedlings of watermelon, melon and cucumber were infected seriously, mildly and slightly, respectively.
