毛竹尖胸沫蝉危害对毛竹枝、叶蛋白质及可溶性糖含量的影响

摘要(Abstract):

经对毛竹不同枝、叶样品的可溶性糖、蛋白质含量的测定 ,结果表明 :毛竹尖胸沫蝉 (Aphrophoranatabitis)危害可极显著地增加受害枝条受害枝梢和叶以及受害枝条未受害枝梢和叶的可溶性糖含量 ,其每克干物质的可溶性糖含量与未受害枝条未受害枝梢、叶 (对照 )相比 ,分别增加了 0 .0 379g、0 .0 0 15 2 g、0 .0 2 5 8g和 0 .0 0 72 g;也能极显著地减少受害枝条受害枝梢的蛋白质含量 ,与对照相比减少了 0 .0 0 6 8g/ g干物质 ,但对其它部位的蛋白质含量影响基本不大。该虫的这些危害特点与毛竹的生长习性和生理功能有关
The parts of bamboo (Phyllostachys heterocycla cv. pubescense) which can be damaged by the pests (Aphrophora natabitis) include leaves of bamboo tips eaten by the pests (A), leaves of tips uneaten by the pests in the same branch(B), tips eaten by the pests(E), tips uneaten by the pests in the same branch(F). By means of determining the contents of protein and water-soluble sugar in A, B, E, F and their CK, the results indicate that the damages of the pests can great prominently increase the contents of water-soluble sugar in A, B, E, F. And the contents of each gram dry material increase 0.0 379g, 0.0 152g, 0.0 258g, 0.0072g respectively in comparison with their CK. The damage can also great prominently reduce the contents of protein in E(reducing 0.0068g each gram dry material), but not great prominently in A, B and F. These damage characteristics are related to the bamboos growth habits and physiological functions.
