几种常用的基因敲除技术

摘要(Abstract):

摘要:随着功能基因组学研究的深入发展,基因敲除技术逐渐成为基因功能研究的重要手段,本文就常用的三种基因敲除技术,即同源重组、插入突变、RNA干扰各自的原理、适用的范围和优缺点作简要介绍。
With great progress has been made in functional genomics,gene knockout technology gradually becomes an important means for gene function research.This paper gives a briefly introduction about the principles,applicable scopes,superiorities and deficiencies of three usual gene knockout technologies,which are homologous recombination,insertion mutation and RNA interference.
