不同杉木耐瘠薄优良个体无性系造林2年生长效果综合评价
Comprehensive growth evaluation of two-year old Cunninghamia lanceolata clones with different barren-tolerance

摘要(Abstract):

通过杉木耐瘠薄不同优良个体无性系造林试验,结果表明,明杉6号、10号优良个体无性系造林1年幼树高与地径生长高于对照,但未达到极显著水平,其他优良无性系幼树高、地径生长与对照比较达到极显著水平。除明杉13号,不同耐瘠薄优良个体无性系成活率均极显著高于对照,表现良好的耐干旱效果。不同优良个体无性系造林2年幼树高、地径生长与对照比较都达到极显著差异,生长差异比1年生更明显。不同优良个体无性系2年生幼树高、地径生长与对照比较的遗传增益都在0.3以上,无性系明杉1号~4号、8号、11号、12号的幼树高生长遗传增益达0.7以上,无性系明杉1号、4号、8号、11号、12号幼树地径生长遗传增益都达到0.5以上。2年生优良个体无性系高于对照的生长表现出更好的遗传品质与耐瘠薄能力,不同无性系早期生长初步验证了不同优良个体遗传品质。
In this study, afforestation tests were conducted with barren-tolerant clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata with different tolerances and CK. The research results indicated that the height and caliper growth of numerous clones were significantly greater than those of CK during a 1-year growth period; however, those of Mingshan NO.6 and NO.10 were not significantly greater than those of CK. The survival rate of the different barren-tolerant clones was observably higher than that of CK, exhibited higher drought tolerancein addition to Mingshan NO.13. After 2 years, the height and caliper growth of the different barren-tolerant clones and CK of Cunninghamia lanceolata differed significantly among test, and the height and caliper growth of sapling clones were significantly better after 2 years of growth than after 1 year. The genetic gain of height and caliper growth of the different clones after 2 years compared with CK were overtop 0.3, while the genetic gain of height of the clones Mingshan NO.1~NO.4, NO.8, NO.11, and NO.12 were overtop 0.7, and the genetic gain of caliper growth of clones Mingshan NO.1, NO.4, NO.8, NO.11, and NO.12 were overtop 0.5. The results indicated that the 2-year-old elite clones were better able to tolerate barren conditions during growth and their genetic quality was preliminarily verified through the early growth stages of different clones.
