摘要(Abstract):
植物内生细菌由于其独特的生境,成为植物病害防治中的重要生防因子。芽孢杆菌在植物体内分布具有广泛性和多样性,其在防治病害和促进植物生长发育方面的作用被广泛研究和应用。芽孢杆菌控制植物病害的作用机制主要包括竞争、拮抗、促进植物生长和诱导植物抗病性四个方面。植物诱导抗性作为植物内生细菌防病的主要机制之一,具有非特异性、广谱性和系统性,在植物病害的生物防治中可被广泛应用。
Plant endophytic bacteria have become the important biocontrol agents as their abilities to colonize internal tissues of plants without causing any detrimental effects in their hosts.Bacillus species are among the most common bacteria found to colonize plants endophytically,and the Bacillus strains could be isolated easily from the internal tissues of surface-disinfected plants.There are many studies and practical application about endophytic Bacillus strains for controlling plant diseases and promoting plant growth at present.The widely recognized mechanisms of biocontrol of endophytic Bacillus strains include competition for an ecological niche,production of antibiotics,promotion plant growth and induced systematic resistance(ISR) in host plants.Bacillus spp.have been used for ISR against plant diseases because ISR is characterized by non-specific,wide spectrum and systemic.
