随着人类基因组研究的迅猛发展造成了生物学数据的迅速膨胀,对数据搜集、管理、处理、分析、释读能力的要求迅速提升。本文概述了生物信息学的主要研究内容、国内外研究现状及其在农业领域的应用与发展研究。
Abstract：With the development of Human Genome Project, the data of biology increased fabulously and marvellously. The ability to capture, manage, process, analyze and interpret data became more important than ever. The study content and present situation of Bioinformatics were reviewed. Meanwhile, its applications and development in agriculture were discussed.
