RAPD-PCR技术及其在昆虫学研究中的应用综述

摘要:

聚合酶链反应 (Polymerase Chain Reaction,简称 PCR)技术是一项可在生物体外对特定 DNA序列进行快速扩增的新技术。随机扩增的多态性 DNA技术 (Random amplified polymorphic DNA,简称 RAPD)是一项基于 PCR技术上的 DNA分子水平上的大分子多态检测技术。本文对该技术在昆虫学研究领域的应用状况做了一个系统的收集和整理 ,认为它在昆虫分类、系统进化、抗药性机理及抗性基因检测等方面的研究中具有着广泛的应用前景 ,而且它的应用前景随着技术和统计方法的完善将更加广阔。

Abstract:

The relative data were collected and summarized on the application of the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) and Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD) to the study of entomology. This technology is considered to have wide application to the field of entomology taxonomy, systematic evolutions resistance and gene detection etc.
