烟草甲对2个雪茄烟品种海研101和海研200烟叶的偏好

摘要:

烟草甲[Lasioderma serricorne(Fabricius)]是危害烟草的重要害虫,近年来在福建雪茄烟晾房和发酵房中危害频繁,对雪茄烟叶的品质造成较大的影响。本研究通过嗅觉选择试验,探究烟草甲成虫对同种雪茄烟品种同一工艺不同部位烟叶、同种雪茄烟品种不同工艺同一部位烟叶、不同品种雪茄烟同一工艺同一部位烟叶的选择偏好,为雪茄烟晾房和发酵房中的烟叶保护提供基础。烟草甲成虫对雪茄烟海研101不同部位烟叶选择偏好的顺序为:上部>中部>下部;对发酵工艺下的海研200不同部位的烟叶选择无显著差异,但对晾制工艺下的海研200上部叶片具有更显著的选择性;与晾制工艺下的烟叶相比,烟草甲对2个雪茄烟品种发酵工艺下的烟叶选择反应率都更高;且烟草甲对海研101和海研200不同雪茄烟品种相同工艺相同部位烟叶的选择率间不存在显著差异。结果表明,烟草甲成虫对不同品种雪茄烟的选择不存在明显倾向性,对上部叶及发酵工艺下的叶片的选择存在明显偏好性,结果可为雪茄烟生产中发酵阶段烟草甲的预防、监控和适时防控提供理论依据。

Abstract:

The cigarette beetle, Lasioderma serricorne(Fabricius), is a major pest attacking tobacco. In recent years, it has frequently infested cigar air-curing barns and fermentation rooms in Fujian Province, seriously impacting the quality of cigar tobacco. In this study, the olfactory selection test was conducted to explore the preferences of L. serricorne adults for different parts of cigar tobacco of the same variety and under the same process, the same part of cigar tobacco of the same variety and under different processes, and the same part of cigar tobacco of different varieties and under the same process, with the aim of providing a theoretical basis for tobacco protection in cigar air-curing barns and fermentation rooms. The results showed that L. serricorne adults exhibited the preference for different parts of ‘Haiyan 101' following the order of upper leaves > middle leaves > lower leaves. L. serricorne adults exhibited no significant preference for different parts of ‘Haiyan 200' under fermentation but showed significantly stronger preference for the upper leaves of ‘Haiyan 200' under air-curing. In addition, L. serricorne had a higher selective reaction rate to the cigar tobacco leaves under fermentation than to the cigar tobacco leaves under air-curing. There was no obvious preference for the same part of cigar tobacco between ‘Haiyan 101' and ‘Haiyan 200' under the same process. The results indicate that L. serricorne shows no significant preference between ‘Haiyan 101' and ‘Haiyan 200', but exhibits a clear preference for upper leaves and the leaves under fermentation. These findings provide a theoretical basis for the prevention, monitoring, and timely control of L. serricorne during the fermentation stage of cigar production.
