本文通过对虫体复壮前后BtLSZ9408菌株伴孢晶体的形态结构观察、杀虫毒力测定,发现BtLZS9408伴孢晶体以菱形结构为主(比例>85%),其余为正方形结构(比例占3%)、不规则结构(比例<12%);虫体复壮后菌株伴孢晶体中菱形结构比例提高、不规则结构比例下降,菱形晶体平均轴长增大,杀虫毒力显著提高。
Abstract:The present paper deals with the morphology and toxicity of parasporal crystals of Bacillus thuringiensis strain LSZ9408, which has been rejuvenated by infecting Plutella xylostella L. The results showed that the crystals produced by LSZ9408 shaped in several types, with bipyramicl -shaped crystal occupying more than 85% of all, the square and flat shaped occupying 3% and other irregular shapes less than 12%. The data displayed that bipyramid - shaped crystal increased and became bigger after rejuvenation, while other shape crystals reduced. The toxicity of LSZ9408 was also improved by the rejuvenation.
