采用Sephadex LH-20、RP-18反相柱、MCI和硅胶层析方法对南方菟丝子全草的化学成分进行分离纯化,运用现代波谱技术鉴定了三个化合物:表儿茶素、刺五加-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙和Roseoside I。
Abstract:Three compounds( 1- 3) were isolated and purified from Cuscuta australis herb by column chromatography on Sephadex LH-20,reversed phase chromatograph RP-18,MCI and silica gel,and their structures were elucidated as epicatechin,1-( 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl) propene-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and Roseoside I.
