大蒜根系分泌物分离、鉴定及其对烤烟的化感作用

摘要:

为了解大蒜(Allium Sativum L.)根系分泌物主要成份对烤烟的化感作用,通过气质联用仪(GC/MS)测定了大蒜根系分泌物的成份,并选用大蒜根系分泌物的2种主要成份,研究其对K326种子萌发及其幼苗生长、成苗叶绿素含量和根系活力的影响。试验结果表明:大蒜根系分泌物主要成份对K326种子的发芽率、化感效应指数、发芽指数以及其幼苗的苗高、根长、鲜重均有不同程度的抑制,随着大蒜根系分泌物主要成份浓度的增加,抑制率也逐渐增大,均达差异显著水平。而该主要成份对K326成苗叶绿素的含量和根系活力的抑制作用不明显,这将为研究大蒜与烤烟合理耕作制度的建立奠定基础。

Abstract:

To understand the allelopathic effects of the main components of garlic root exudates on flue-cured tobacco(K326), the main components of the garlic root exudates were determined using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Two different components were selected to evaluate the effects on seed germination and seedling growth, chlorophyll content, and root activity of the K326 seedlings. The results showed that an increase in the concentration of the exudates decreased the seed germination rates, allelopathic effect indexes, seedling heights, root lengths, or fresh weights of the seedlings. Further, this decrease was not significant for chlorophyll content and root vitality in between Ck and treatments. The results suggest that the main components of garlic root exudates induce different degrees of inhibition on the germination rate, allelopathic effect index, germination index, seedling height, root length, and fresh weight of K326 seeds; the inhibitory rates increased progressively with an increase in the main components of garlic root exudates, and significant differences were observed. However, no significant differences were observed in the chlorophyll content and root activity of the seedlings. The results of this study will help lay the foundation for the establishment of a reasonable farming system for garlic and flue-cured tobacco.
