不同寄主植物对烟蚜存活率及其产蚜量的影响

摘要:

烟蚜作为烟蚜茧蜂人工大量繁殖的寄主,目前还以烟草为主要的寄主植物,但烟株的培育颇为费时,直接影响到繁蜂效率和成本。为了探明在生产上能替代烟草的繁蚜植物,以油菜、萝卜、白菜、烟草和茄子为寄主连续饲养3代烟蚜,分析和比较了烟蚜在不同寄主上各代种群数量的变化及产蚜量差异。结果表明,各代烟蚜的存活率以油菜饲养的最低,萝卜和白菜饲养的烟蚜的产蚜量多于烟草饲养的。因此,白菜和萝卜可以作为繁殖烟蚜的合适寄主,在较短时间内可繁殖出较多的烟蚜。

Abstract:

Myzus persicae( Sulzer),as the host for artificially mass rearing of Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead,is still reared by the tobacco Nicotiana tabacum L.,but it is taken more time to plant tobaccos,which should directly affect the efficiency and cost of rearing parasitoids. In order to find some aphid- rearing plants which could replace the tobacco in practical production,the rape( Brassica campestris L.),radish( Raphanus sativus L.),Chinese cabbage( Brassica pekinensis L.),tobacco( Nicotiana tabacum L.) and aubergine( Solanum melongena L.) were chosen as hosts to rear aphids for three consecutive generations. The population change and fecundity difference of each generation on different hosts were analyzed and compared. The results showed that the survival rates of each generation on the rape were lower than others,the fecundities of aphids on radishes and Chinese cabbage were more than that on tobacco. Therefore,Chinese cabbages and radishes could be the suitable hosts for rearing aphids,and more aphids could be get in a short term.
