花叶薄荷茎扦插繁殖技术初探

摘要:

以1~2年生的花叶薄荷茎段为材料,采用单因素试验设计,研究不同基质、留叶数和植物生长调节剂对花叶薄荷扦插生根的影响。结果表明,以珍珠岩+泥炭土(1∶1)混合基质生根率最高,生根数、根数和最长根长也优于其他基质;3种留叶方式中,以留1片叶与2片叶生根率最高,均达88.89 %,结合其他指标以留2片叶的效果最佳;植物生长调节剂处理能明显提高插条的生根效果,以150 mg·L-1 NAA 处理1 h的效果最好,平均根数达14.65条,平均根长达8.72 cm,存活率达100 %。生产中建议用珍珠岩+泥炭土(1∶1)为基质、留1~2片叶、150 mg·L-1 NAA 处理花叶薄荷茎段1 h,扦插生根效果好。

Abstract:

The effects of different stroma, number of leaves retained, and plant growth regulators on the rooting of cuttings of Mentha rotundifolia ‘Variegata’ were studied by single factor experiment design and using stem segments of 1~2 year-old M. rotundifolia ‘Variegata’. The results showed that mixed perlite+peat (1∶1) stroma had the highest rooting rate and better rooting number, root number, and longest root length than those in other stroma. Among the three leaf retention methods, the rooting rate was the highest when 1 leaf and 2 leaves were retained (both up to 88.89 %) with the greatest effect observed when 2 leaves were retained combined with other indicators. Plant growth regulator treatment can significantly improve the rooting effect of cuttings, and 150 mg·L-1 NAA treatment for 1 h was the most effective, with an average root number of 14.65, an average root length of 8.72 cm, and a 100 % survival rate. For optimal rooting in production, it is suggested to use perlite+peat (1∶1) as stroma, retain 1~2 leaves, and treat the stem segment of M. rotundifolia ‘Variegata’ for 1 h with 150 mg·L-1.
